AMS distributes building materials to numerous classes of trade. AMS has become a full line service supplier to the commercial contractor. The major products offered include Acoustical Ceiling Tile and Grid, Drywall and Steel Framing, Commercial Wood and Metal Doors, Frames and Hardware; In addition, AMS supplies residential contractor’s drywall and plaster. AMS also sells FRP paneling, insulation, tools, and accessories. The classes of trade that AMS services can be classified in the following groups:
  1. Acoustical: AMS sells a full line of suspended ceiling products to ceiling sub-contractors, building owners and tenant improvement contractors. AMS is the exclusive distributor for Armstrong Commercial Ceilings and Walls in all of California, Nevada, Hawaii, Guam and Baja Mexico.
  2. Drywall: AMS sells a full line of drywall, steel framing materials, tools, and accessories for new and renovation construction projects. This class of trade requires extensive delivery equipment and an experienced labor force to stock materials on jobsites. AMS sells to both commercial and residential drywall contractors.
  3. General Building: AMS sells a full line of commercial building materials to general and specialty contractors. These products include our full line of Door products: Commercial Wood and Metal Doors, Welded Hollow Metal and Timely Frames and Hardware. AMS also sell building Insulation, FRP Sanitary Wall Panels, and Tools.
  4. Plastering: AMS sells synthetic stucco, foam, cement, lath and stucco materials to commercial and residential plastering contractors. AMS locations in Montebello, Reno, and Hawaii have tint stations to expedite orders.
  5. Modular Office Builders: AMS distributes its' full line of products to these manufacturers, included but not limited to Armstrong Ceilings, FRP, Doors, Frames, and Hardware, and Insulation.
  6. Export: AMS sells its' full line of building products to areas in the Far East. Our current concentration is on the Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippine and Guam markets. Other markets in the Far East and South America are being targeted for future business.
